Questions founders ask first.
Do I need to travel to the US or UK to form my company?
No. Formation, EIN, banking applications and marketplace registration are handled remotely with documents you send us. Most clients never travel.
How long does the whole sequence take?
The virtual address is live within 24 hours and the entity is filed within five business days. The EIN is the long pole and we plan for up to 22 days. Banking follows within a week of the EIN, and marketplace approval runs from one to four weeks depending on the platform.
Why does the order matter so much?
Each stage needs the one before it. The IRS will not issue an EIN without a registered entity, banks will not open an account without the EIN and formation documents, and Amazon and Walmart verify both before approving a seller. Starting in the wrong order is the most common reason a launch stalls.
Can you help if Amazon or Walmart already rejected me?
Yes. We read the rejection reason, correct the entity, document or address problem behind it, and resubmit.
Do I need an ITIN?
Often not. The EIN covers the company, which is what banking and marketplaces check. An ITIN identifies you personally and is only needed for individual US tax filing and a few payment platforms, so we treat it as optional and start it early only if your situation calls for it.
Is this one-off work or ongoing?
Both. Formation, banking and store builds are one-time projects. Tax filing, compliance, account management, social media and lead generation run monthly.
