Pro Paxis is a business services agency. We are not a law firm, we are not a bank, and we are not a certified public accountant. We prepare and file documents on your instruction and guide you through third-party applications. Nothing on this website is legal, tax or financial advice.

Timelines

Every timeline quoted on this site is an estimate based on normal processing. State registries, the IRS, banks and marketplaces each run their own queues, and we do not control them. We will tell you when something is running late and why.

Outcomes we cannot guarantee

We cannot guarantee that a government body will issue a number, that a bank will open an account, or that a marketplace will approve a seller. We can prepare an application correctly and fix the causes of a rejection. Fees cover the work performed, not a particular third-party decision.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information and documents you give us, for the lawfulness of the business you are operating, and for meeting your own tax and reporting obligations once an entity is formed.

Fees

Scope and fees are agreed in writing before work begins. Government, registry and platform fees are separate from our charges and are passed through at cost.
